These Refund Policy ("Terms") apply to your access and use of this website, or the applications and other online products and services (collectively, our "Services") provided by AI WORKOUT PLANNER APPS LTD ("we"). By accessing the AI WORKOUT PLANNER APPS LTD website or by downloading AI WORKOUT PLANNER APPS LTD mobile application or by purchasing AI WORKOUT PLANNER APPS LTD products, you agree to this Refund Policy.

The process for canceling and refunding your subscriptions and purchases varies depending on how you initially subscribed to the app. Be aware that Section A, which covers "Subscriptions and purchases through our website" and Section B, "Subscriptions and purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play" are mutually exclusive. This means that only one of these sections will be relevant to your situation, not both.

A. Subscriptions and purchases through our website

If you aren't satisfied with our Services, you might be able to receive a refund. Generally, you are eligible for the refund provided that you contact us within 7 days after a charge (i.e. either the initial charge or any subsequent charge once the subscription auto-renews). You may be also eligible for refund in special cases if we approve your request.

You may request refund by contacting us at support@fitny.app.

Following receipt of your refund application, we will notify you by email if your application has been approved. If your application is approved, we will use your original payment method to credit the refund. Refunds typically take up to 10 days to be processed. You must cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid getting charged any further.
Please be aware that your subscription does not cancel automatically if you delete the app. You can cancel your subscription from your profile in the app or by contacting us at support@fitny.app.

B. Subscriptions and purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play

If you need to cancel your subscription that was purchased through an app distribution platform, you can do so directly with the platform. Reach out to Apple or Google directly with any cancellation and refund requests. Customers who subscribed to our app via Google Play will need to follow the instructions at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Customers who subscribed to our app via the App Store will need to reach out to Apple directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/.
Please be aware that your subscription does not cancel automatically if you delete the app.
